The issues with Internet Explorer 10, including the inability to enter linebreaks, and the inablity to copy and paste, are fixed.
Anyone browsing the site with any browser will have to either force a reload of the page, by holding Shift + F5, or by holding Shift and clicking the Refresh button. Another method would be to clear your cache or temporary Internet file. This is the only way to force the browser to pull down the new editor. Otherwise, you'll have to wait until your browser automatically clears it's cache or "Temporary Internet Files" as Internet Explorer calls it.
